video and audio files on this site require
the latest version of Real Player, Quicktime,
Flash or Windows Media Player. Free downloads
are available by clicking the links below.

the file to your computer and then opening

Download Speeds: Hi or Low? Most
of the video and audio files have two
download speeds. Hi is intended for those
using DSL or Cable. Low is intended for
those who use a slower connection, such
as dial up. You can choose either setting,
however note that depending on your connection
speed it may longer to download larger
files.
Saving Video and Audio. You
can download and save video and audio
files to your computer. In Windows, right-click
and choose 'save target as.' For MAC,
press 'ctrl' and click the link, choose
'download file to disk.'
Why doesn't PlanetRicki.com use
the FLV format? At this time,
we are only able to offer videos in the
formats above. We are working to find
a cost and time effective solution to
convert all video files to the FLV format.
Desktop
Wallpaper. Common
issues include choosing the wrong image
size and trouble with downloading.
What
is my Screen Size? To determine
your screen size, ckeck your computers
display settings. See your Operating System's
"Help" center.
The Image
is not loading when I click it. There
are two reasons for this. 1) The link
you have followed may be incorrect, please
notify us. 2) The image may still be loading.
Large image files take time to display,
especially on slower connections. In this
case, you may want to right-click the
link and choose 'save target as' so you
can view the download progress.
The Image
is not showing on my Desktop. Make
sure when you right-click you choose 'set
as background' (PC) or 'save image to
disk' (Mac). You may need to check the
file path to the image is correct by opening
your computer's Visual Settings panel.
The Image
seems to be "stretched" or does
not fit properly. Did you make
sure you downloaded the correct size for
your resolution? The wrong size will not
display correctly. In Windows, you may
need to change the orientation setting
in the Visual Settings panel. Be sure
it is set to Center, not Stretch or Tile.
The colors
appear to be grainy. You may
need to adjust your color settings to
16-bit, 32-bit or True Color. 256 Colors
or less are not supported. You can change
these settings in the Visual Settings
panel. Consult your operating system's
Help files for more information.
