How do I sign up? Go to our log in/sign up page and scroll down to "Sign Up With Ricki Lake Mail," put in you name and click 'sign up.'

How do I log in? Go to the log in/sign up page and put your user name and password into the boxes and click 'log in.'

What is my email address? Your email address is your user name you chose at sign up, followed by @rickilake.zzn.com

What if I loose my password? Go to the log in/sign up page and click on 'password reminder' link under the sign in form.

Can I check my email using a program like Outlook Express? Yes. This is part of the premium services provided by ZZN. Log in to your account for more details.

I can't log in, what do I do? Try logging on to the back up sign in page by clicking here. If that still doesn't work, wait a while and try again later, as the server may be down.
